Hello!

Yeah, I know its been ages, and I've kinda vanished off the face of the Earth, occasionally reappearing in comments and faves and stuff. But I has a good reason!

No, it's not the novel. No, you can't buy it off the shelves yet (soon is my hope though). First book is done, second book is so close to being done it's not funny (in fact, its rather frustrating). Third book ideas and scenes are just in lieu, waiting for me... what a wonderful process this is. I have titles, tentative blurbs and a cover which Kater has made for me (which we're both in love with and hope I can push it through the editing process to get it printed).

But no, that's not the reason for this journal.

In between writing and kids and school and sports and hubby, and a new nephew and life in general Kry's managed to get herself pregnant again. I swear, I'd forgotten how hard this is. My brain has turned to mush, I can't sit still for any length of time, and I look like I've swallowed a watermelon. No, I can't give you any more information than that, other than this one is due at Christmas.

So that's the reason for my absence from everything, FFNet included. I need to get back there to read some of the fics at some stage. I'll try and keep people posted on the novel, more than anything I want to get it to an editor soon, but my internet presence is taking a backburner for the time being.
